DAY ONE
3pm – CHECK IN
Welcome to The Grove! As your team arrives, they’ll be greeted with the warm smiles and greetings from our reception team.
4pm – TIME TO UNWIND
You’re here for business but our 300 acres is just waiting to be explored. Make the most of your time before dinner by going for a stroll around our grounds and woodland. You could challenge your colleagues to a round of archery or have a go at axe-throwing. For something a little less energetic, retreat to the spa for a moment of relaxation. Enjoy a soak in the Jacuzzi, a relaxing yoga session, or a soothing spa treatment.
6.30pm – DINNER AT THE Stables
Amble over to The Stables and join your colleagues for dinner. With its rustic charm and mouth-watering menu of British classics, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxed meal and catch-up ahead of tomorrow’s meetings. Indulge in seasonal dishes made using ingredients from our kitchen garden, paired with a selection of fine wines and craft beers.
9pm – A Nightcap in the lounges
After dinner, take a gentle stroll through the Formal Gardens, admiring the colourful blooms as the sun sets. Make sure to stop off at the Lounges for a quick nightcap before the land of nod calls you to bed.
DAY TWO
8.30am – BREAKFAST AT THE GLASSHOUSE
Rise and shine with a hearty breakfast at The Glasshouse, where the aroma of freshly brewed coffee fills the air. Fuel up for your day of meetings with a selection of mouth-watering delights, from homemade pastries to a full English breakfast.
10am – Morning meetings
Head to one of our 16 flexible event spaces for a productive morning of meetings. Flooded with natural daylight and equipped with the latest technology, these spaces provide the perfect environment for brainstorming and strategy sessions.
1pm – LUNCh
Press pause on the presentation and take a break from the boardroom for lunch. Many of our meeting rooms have breakout spaces and foyers attached, providing the perfect change of scene for your lunch break. Whatever you fancy, your dedicated event planner will work closely with our chefs to curate a special menu just for your team.
2.45pm – Afternoon meetings
Pick up where you left off. When it’s time for a coffee break, don’t forget to make the most of the terrace, which many of our meeting rooms have direct access to. Breathe in the fresh air, admire the beautiful garden views and take a moment to reset.
5.30pm – Depart The Grove
With your day of meetings all wrapped up, the time has come to say farewell. As your team checks out, they’ll leave not just with completed tasks and plans, but with stronger bonds and cherished memories.
