Working hand-in-hand with nature

Led by our Head Gardener, Tash and her team, Jemima’s Kitchen Garden is carefully nurtured to support wildlife at every level. Wildlife plays an essential role, from bees and butterflies moving among the blooms, to frogs and toads sheltering in the cosy hibernaculums we have created for them. These carefully considered habitats help maintain the natural balance of our ecosystem, supporting biodiversity and encouraging nature to thrive. Bank Voles keep the garden buzzing as they weave between plants – by nurturing the soil and protecting local wildlife, we are able to bring the freshest grown ingredients straight to your plate.
