For outdoor exercise, make use of our 300 acre estate, with a walk, run or cycle through the woodlands. Maps are available from Sequoia and Main Receptions. During the summer, you can try tennis in the Walled Garden, or take a dip in the heated outdoor pool.

You can use the spa if you’re a member, you’re staying with us or you’re a spa day guest. You must be 16+ unless using family swim times. Join us any time, until 30 minutes before the spa closes.

SPA MEMBERSHIP
JOIN A CLUB, NOT A GYM
As a member of Sequoia Spa, you have an Access All Areas pass to the pool, gym, classes and treatments, as well as our members’ lounge. And we host regular members-only events – join a skincare masterclass or a creative workshop and come to the annual members’ party.
As Sequoia is a peaceful sanctuary, no one under 16 years is allowed to use the spa unless you are a hotel resident or member in which case your children over 12 years old may use the indoor pool between 3pm and 5pm.
We ask all families to come swim ready for the swimming pool as we have no family changing facilities
Sequoia opening times are Monday – Friday 6am – 9pm* and Saturday – Sunday 7.30am – 8pm*. On Bank Holidays we are open from 7.30am – 8pm*.
*Please note, last entry is 30 minutes before closing time.
We have a 22m long UV-filtered black mosaic-tiled pool, a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room to bring you into a deep level of relaxation and loosen your muscles. Ladies can also enjoy use of our heaven shower and wellness pool and those who have enjoyed treatments can make use of our Tranquillity room. We also have a spacious spa terrace with loungers.

Non-residential guests must book either a full day or evening spa package. All treatments must be guaranteed with a credit card. Should you need to cancel your reservation, please contact the Spa Reservations Team on spa.reservations@thegrove.co.uk. Any cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the day of visit will be non-refundable. Providing we have a minimum of 48 hours’ notice we will permit the transfer of the pre-payment to a future date once within 3 months of the original date.

If you’re joining us for a spa day or spa experience, rest assured, we’ll provide you with towels, robes and slippers – just don’t forget your swimsuit!
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment. A late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time. If you’re enjoying a treatment as part of your spa day or as a hotel resident, we’ll provide you with a complimentary towel, robe and flip flops for your time with us.
Please note, treatment-only bookings do not include access to our spa facilities, changing rooms or shower areas.
