“I have been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years and have always had a passion for health and wellbeing. Some of the clients I have worked with include those going through post-operative rehab, to individuals who are pregnant or who have just given birth. There is no case that doesn’t intrigue me and I thoroughly enjoy helping people reach their short, medium and long-term goals, whatever they may be. My aim is to help clients make exercise a regular and enjoyable part of their lives, using simple but effective habit-creation techniques.”
