“I have been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years and have always had a passion for health and wellbeing. Some of the clients I have worked with include those going through post-operative rehab, to individuals who are pregnant or who have just given birth. There is no case that doesn’t intrigue me and I thoroughly enjoy helping people reach their short, medium and long-term goals, whatever they may be. My aim is to help clients make exercise a regular and enjoyable part of their lives, using simple but effective habit-creation techniques.”

Whilst studying, I also obtained my personal training qualification which included areas such as strength and conditioning, sports conditioning, flexibility training and more. My specialities are in injury treatment and rehabilitation.

I have worked with a wide range of clients in a clinical setting and for a local semi-professional football team where I provided injury assessments, sports massage and rehabilitation, leaving them at a greater level of fitness than they started with.

I’ve always loved sports and have played football since a young age and have a genuine passion for helping people get fit and stay fit. Having experienced a few injuries myself, it was the physiotherapy that really inspired me and made me want to pursue a career in the industry.”
