THE GLASSHOUSE
The Glasshouse sits at the heart of The Grove and offers a vibrant dining experience that encompasses it’s ‘estate to plate’ ethos. Following renovations by award-winning designer Martin Hulbert, the restaurant’s striking interiors now feature a vast triple-height glass conservatory framing beautiful garden views. A fusion of culture and provenance, expect internationally inspired dishes that make the most of the hotel’s very own produce from Jemima’s Kitchen Garden.
THE STABLES
The Stables menu is distinctly British and uses personally sourced producers so every ingredient has a story to tell – and you can read the provenance on our menu. The chefs follow the seasons and believe in low food miles, especially with ample fresh-picked produce from The Grove’s Walled Garden.
The award-winning Sequoia spa features a stunning black mosaic-tiled pool, sauna, steam room and heat experience rooms. There’s a wide range of specialist treatment options by highly trained specialists, all of which use carefully selected products from luxury skincare ranges. Facilities include a state-of-the-art fitness studio, exercise classes and customised personal training plans to provide a holistic experience for the mind and body.
