Verde Kitchen Cocktail Recipes

When the sun shines, all we want to do is sit back and relax with a cocktail in hand, soaking up the rays. So, we were delighted when our wonderful bar team shared the recipes for the cocktails at Verde Kitchen.
Rossini
Makes 1
Ingredients:
- 100ml prosecco
- 10ml strawberry puree
- 1 fresh strawberry (to garnish)
Method:
- Pour the prosecco and strawberry puree into a Champagne flute and stir gently.
- Slice the strawberry and add to glass to garnish.
Spritz Veneziano
Makes 1
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes
- 50ml aperol
- 70ml prosecco
- 25ml soda water
- 1 orange slice (to garnish)
Method:
- Add a few cubes of ice to a large wine glass and pour over with the aperol, prosecco and soda water .
- Garnish the cocktail with an orange slice.
Americano
Makes 1
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml sweet vermouth
- A dash of soda water
Method:
- Add some ice cubes to a highball glass and add the Campari, sweet vermouth and a dash of soda.
- Stir and enjoy!
Pirlo
Makes 1
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes
- 50ml Campari
- 75ml prosecco
- 25ml soda water
Method:
- Put some ice cubes in a large wine glass, before adding the Campari, prosecco and soda water.
- Stir and enjoy!
Negroni
Makes 1
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes
- 30ml gin
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml sweet vermouth
Method:
- Fill a short tumbler with ice cubes before adding the gin, sweet vermouth and Campari.
- Stir and enjoy!
