Suntory Cocktail Recipes 9 May 2023

Our spring and summer drinks menu has launched in The Glasshouse bar, with seasonal tipples crafted by bartender Adam Jobson. Teaming up with Suntory, Adam has created six special cocktails featuring different Suntory spirits - from vodka and gin, to the Yamazaki whiskey that launched the brand back in 1923. Here. we share two quick and easy cocktail recipes from the menu for you to make yourself.

Thyme for a Hi-Ball

Thyme For a Hi-Ball

Cocktail Ingredients

60ml Suntory Toki whiskey
100ml Fever-Tree soda
Fresh sprig of thyme
Ice

Cocktail Method

Simply pour the whiskey and the soda into an ice-filled glass, stir and garnish with the sprig of thyme.

Mizanura Manhattan

Cocktail Ingredients

60ml Yamazaki 12-year-old whiskey
10ml Antica Formula vermouth
10ml Noilly Pratt vermouth
10ml maple syrup
Lemon peel
1 maraschino cherry
Ice

Cocktail Method

Add the whiskey, vermouth and maple syrup to an ice-filled Nick & Nora glass, stir and garnish with the cherry and lemon peel.
