1. Cleanse

Cleansing is a crucial part of every skincare routine and it is especially important as the weather gets colder. Apply two pumps of our Gentle Cleansing Milk to your face, gently working it into the skin before adding water and rinsing it away. This provides a deep clean while protecting the skin’s barrier.

2. Exfoliate

Your skin will thank you if you maintain a regular exfoliation routine. Dry skin should be gently removed to allow moisture from other products to penetrate effectively. The 7% AHA Active Exfoliant Resurfacing Liquid is a unique exfoliating mask that is both gentle and effective. It stimulates blood flow to bring back the glow often lacking in the darker winter months, hydrates with low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, and maintains the balance and integrity of the skin.

3. Hydrate

Start using our hydrating serums. Hydration is still crucial, even in cooler weather. In fact, just like houseplants, our skin needs more hydration in winter to combat the stress of indoor heating. For extra nourishment, you can also layer on our Advanced Collagen Serum in Oil. This formula, enriched with marula oil, is quick to be absorbed into the skin.

4. Nourish

Apply a morning mask for 10-15 minutes when your skin feels uncomfortable from the cold or central heating. The Power Firm Mask provides an immediate plumping boost (tip – don’t forget to apply it to your lips and hands as well!). This mask repairs the skin barrier, calms irritation and gives a great lift to dull, dry complexions.

5. Remember your Body

After your shower, use our Body Balance Collagen Body Lotion to help soothe, calm, firm and nourish skin from shoulders to toes. Then before you head to bed, apply the Body Balance 5% AHA Body Foam to your body, using a couple of pumps per limb. Rinse off in the morning for smooth, supple skin.
