On Friday 1 November from 5-8pm, have your torch at the ready as you explore the museum in darkness, While you’re there, complete the hair-raising trail challenge, make a spooky animal to take home and get up close to the handling creatures.

Lemur Weekend at Hertfordshire Zoo

Join the zookeepers on 26 or 27 October for a fun-filled weekend of lemur-themed treats and more. The weekend will be dedicated to celebrating all of Hertfordshire Zoo’s species of lemurs while raising vital funds and awareness for SEED, a charity devoted to restoring the island of Madagascar.

Dark Arts at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour

Calling all Harry Potter fans! The popular studio tour returns for another year with its mystical Dark Arts feature, where wizard fans young and old can wander the sets of the hit movie franchise which has been decorated especially in various ghostly decorations for Halloween. Sneak through Diagon Alley but watch out for Death Eaters and Dementors on the prowl as you go on the hunt for the infamous Dark Mark. The studios are just a 10-minute drive from The Grove!

Waddesdon Manor’s Spooky Afternoon Tea

Head over to Waddesdon Manor between 26-27 October and delight in their special Halloween afternoon tea. Little monsters can enjoy a delicious pot of worms, a ghost meringue, an eyeball cupcake and more, while adults can tuck into the regular afternoon tea which has been given an eerie makeover by Executive Chef, Craig.

 

After an action-packed day, return to The Grove with all the family for a luxury home-from-home experience. We’ve got plenty of Halloween activities to keep the kids occupied, including spooky arts and crafts and pumpkin-picking from our patch in the Walled Garden. Pocket Towns will also be returning and if you have mini rugby players in the house, make sure to sign them up to our Saracens rugby camp.
