We are so thrilled to announce that our golf team here at The Grove were nominated for several different categories at the 59club UK ‘Service Excellence’ Awards. Even more impressively, we came away with some wins!
Only the very best teams, individuals and venues are nominated for 59club’s Annual Awards Ceremony – now in its 12th year – celebrating excellence across golf sales, operations, service, retail and management, with some of the best-loved and most renowned UK venues in the running. The golf team at The Grove have been working harder than ever over the last couple of years to deliver a world-class golf experience to customers. And the teamwork, passion and dedication has certainly now paid off!
Here were the winners for Golf at The Grove:
Joel Westwell went above and beyond to pick up the award for Leading Individual Golf Sales Performance, getting the highest score achieved across the group for our golf group sales enquiry calls.
Phillip Chiverton and the greenkeeping team picked up the award for Greenkeeper of the Year providing the best conditioned course across the 59 Club network. This is an incredible achievement against some outstanding venues.
Brad Gould and the operations team scooped up the Golf Manager of the Year award which highlights the best in Europe for our customer journey and experience
