Meet the team

Get that little bit extra from your workout with the support and expert knowledge of our highly qualified personal trainers. We offer one-on-one personal training sessions to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Mark Alexander, Wellness Manager

“I have always been passionate about fitness, so becoming a personal trainer was the most logical decision. I have 16 years’ experience as a trainer where I have fine-tuned my skill set in delivering effective sessions focusing on clients’ weekly improvements. Watching them change their lifestyles and mindset towards food and exercise for the better is very rewarding. In my sessions, the focus is on regular training progressions, which is key to retaining motivation and achieving personal goals, whether that’s building muscle, dropping fat or injury rehabilitation.”

Madison Ferguson, Personal Trainer

“If you want to get fit, lose weight or need some advice in the gym, I am here to help you achieve your goals. As a personal trainer, I love taking classes and getting people to enjoy the gym, particularly through in-depth personal training sessions. With a background in flexibility and strength training, as well as working alongside clients with various injuries, I am happy to help anyone that comes into the gym.”

Hope Whitman, Personal Trainer

“I am very passionate about helping others to find happiness in life and to feel good within themselves. I have helped many people discover their potential in the gym and reach their goals, whatever they may be. I put time and effort into understanding my client’s individual needs and potential barriers to ensure that they are fully supported every step of the way. “

Conor Ozwell, Personal Trainer

“I graduated from The University of Winchester with a BSE in Sports and Exercise Science.  During this time, I specialised in physical activity, biomechanics and gait analysis. I have always had a keen interest in sport and fitness, leading body condition sessions for the American football team that I played for at University. I was also part of the athletics academy at college, competing at inter-college championships, and I achieved a silver medal at the National Schools’ Regatta. As a passionate and dedicated personal trainer, my sessions focus on marathon and long distance competitions, body conditioning and swimming pool sessions to help aid rehabilitation.”

Angel McMorine, Personal Trainer

“If you want to get motivated to make a change, I am here to share my passion and personal experience. I aim to help you reach the goals that get you results – not only affecting how you look but how you feel about yourself. My main focus is weight training. If you want help and guidance gaining muscle, losing fat, or just creating a fitness plan then I am more than happy to join you on your fitness journey.”
