Plot-to-plate dining

£115 per person, including arrival drinks and canapés

The plot-to-plate menu is designed using ingredients harvested from Jemima’s Kitchen Garden, with fresh vegetables, herbs and seasonal ingredients at the heart of each dish. This intimate outdoor private dining experience offers groups a lighter, plant-forward menu, complemented by carefully selected meat and fish dishes where appropriate.

Dining capacity: Up to 38 guests, with a minimum of 25
Canapé and drinks: Up to 70 guests, with a minimum of 40

Our masterclasses are an intimate, hands-on experiences for both guests and corporate groups, set within our private garden. Guided by our chefs, gardeners and mixologists, each session celebrates seasonal produce and the journey from plot-to-plate. View our masterclass options below.

Corporate & private groups: £90 per person (Minimum 8 guests)

Masterclasses are limited to 12 guests, with larger private bookings available on request. Experiences are for guests aged 18 and over.

Structure and weather

Will the space be covered? What is the wet weather option? caret-down

Yes. Both the kitchen area and the main dining space will be covered with a tented structure providing full wet-weather protection.

In the event of severe weather conditions (e.g. driving rain or unsafe winds), the experience will be relocated to an appropriate indoor alternative space within the hotel.

In the event of bad weather, will guests still see chefs live cooking? caret-down

Yes. The kitchen is positioned adjacent to the dining area, and both will be covered under the tented structure. Guests will still experience live-fire cooking and chef interaction.

Timings and operations

What time is private dining available? caret-down

  • Lunch: 12:00pm – 3:00pm
  • Dinner: From 6:00pm onwards

Experiences are expected to run for approximately 2–3 hours, depending on the chosen format.

What months will the space be bookable? caret-down

The space will be operational from late May through to the end of September. For leisure guests, bookings will be available during the six-week summer school holiday period.

Venue and facilities

Will there be heaters and blankets? caret-down

Yes. Patio heaters will be installed to support cooler evenings, and blankets will be provided for guest comfort where required.

Can clients play their own music through the sound system? caret-down

Yes. Clients will be able to play their own music through the installed sound system.

We will work collaboratively with Skewd to establish clear operational guidelines to ensure there is no disruption between the two venues.

Will restrooms be shared with Skewd? caret-down

Yes. Guests will be directed to the facilities associated with the children’s pool changing rooms to minimise movement through Skewd and reduce disruption.

What will the lighting be like? caret-down

The lighting focuses on warm, atmospheric festoon lighting to create an intimate evening setting.

The experience is priced at £115 per person. This includes arrival canapés and a welcome drink.

Menus are based around live-fire cooking, seasonal Kitchen Garden produce and family-style sharing experiences.

Experiences include garden-to-table dining, live-fire chef interaction, seasonal tasting experiences and immersive plot-to-plate storytelling.

What furniture will be available as standard inclusion? caret-down

One long communal table, rustic-style chairs with a mix-and-match aesthetic, and planted table décor.
