Back on Black is the ultimate tournament experience at The Grove, made up of four qualifying rounds, culminating in the Grand Final, playing off the ‘tips’ – giving you a full championship, competitive experience like no other.
Need to know:
Strokeplay format; 95% handicap (maximum 18.4); men black tees, ladies front tees; longest drive 9th hole & nearest the pin competition 16th hole.
As well as tournament entry, the £159 entry fee includes a Full English Breakfast in The Players Lounge, 18 holes of golf and Taylormade Goodies.

Qualifier 1 – Sunday 28 May
Qualifier 2 – Sunday 18 June
Qualifier 3 – Sunday 23 July
Qualifier 4 – Sunday 20 August
Final – Sunday 24 September
Qualify for a prize-filled grand finale
The top five players in each qualifier (including ties) will be invited to compete in the Back on Black 2023 Grand Final taking place on Sunday 24 September 2023.
Prizes will be awarded for 1st – 3rd place in each qualifier.
