The Grove Gin Cocktail Recipes

With the exciting launch of our very own brand of gin, we thought we’d let you into a little secret in the shape of four delicious cocktail recipes using The Grove Gin that feature on our bar menu.
The Grove Lemon and Rosemary Spritz
Makes 1
Ingredients:
- 50ml The Grove Gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- 25ml lemon and rosemary-infused syrup
- 1 rosemary sprig
- Lemon peel
- Thompson and Scott Prosecco
- 1 lemon wheel slice
- Sorrel leaves
- 1 spritz glass
Method:
- Place the gin, lemon juice and syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake.
- Pour into a spritz glass filled with cubed ice, a sprig of rosemary and lemon peel and top up with prosecco.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and sorrel leaves.
The Naked Gardener
Makes 1
Ingredients:
- 50ml The Grove Gin
- 35ml ginger-infused syrup
- 25ml sugar syrup
- 25ml lime juice
- 3 raspberries
- Soda water
- 1 mint sprig
- 1 crystallised ginger gem
- 1 highball glass
Method:
- Place the gin, ginger syrup, sugar syrup and lime juice into a cocktail shaker and shake.
- Pour into a highball glass filled with cubed ice and raspberries and top up with soda water.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and the crystallised ginger gem.
The Gift
Makes 1
Ingredients:
- 60ml The Grove Gin
- 15ml Sacred spiced amber vermouth
- 3 dashes of black walnut bitters
- 1 rosemary sprig
- Lemon peel (twisted)
- 1 martini glass
Method:
- Place the gin, vermouth and three dashes of bitters into a mixing jar and stir, before pouring into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and twisted lemon peel.
The Grove 75
Makes 1
Ingredients:
- 30ml The Grove Gin
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml homemade honey syrup
- Champagne
- 1 Champagne flute
Method:
- Add each ingredient to a champagne flute, topping up the glass with Champagne.
