Which treatment would you recommend for sensitive skin, and why?

Nature Bissé Ceutical Tolerance Range (found in the Couture facial) is the most soothing for both sensitive skin and sensitised skin. Sometimes we can get sensitised skin from using the wrong type of products on our skin, working in polluted areas, or even from certain medication.

The Tolerance Range has a high percentage of arnica, which helps to repair damaged capillaries and reduce inflammation. Protein peptides smooth fine lines, and their new Rosa Mosqueta Oil is an absolute game changer for reducing the appearance of imperfections such as burns, scars, and signs of ageing.

What’s your go-to treatment for congested or breakout-prone skin?

Natura Bissé’s Cure Facial is my go-to treatment for congested or breakout-prone skin. It’s perfect for a deep reset, especially after winter. The treatment focuses on intensive cleansing, a powerful AHA exfoliation, and a detoxifying facial massage, leaving the skin clearer, brighter, and more balanced. Your therapist will then recommend further facials we offer that will continue to support your skin goals.

Which treatment works best for dehydrated skin in need of nourishment?

The QMS Ultimate Recharge Facial is an excellent choice for dehydrated skin. This treatment delivers intense hydration, particularly through the use of a stem cell sheet mask that deeply infuses the skin with native collagen fibres, peptides, and molecules. These will hydrate, smooth deep wrinkles, and activate the skin’s own stem cells to extend their lifespan.

Is there a treatment you recommend for first-time guests unsure of their skin type?

I would recommend either the Bamford Organic Facial or the Natura Bissé Couture Facial. Both of these facials can be bespoke to your skin after a consultation and skin analysis done by your therapist.

They will tell you your skin type and give you any lifestyle recommendations that will help to improve your skin health (yes, we can tell you are not drinking enough water.)

Are there any treatments that are particularly beneficial during seasonal changes?

My absolute ULTIMATE treatment for this is the Natura Bissé Vitality Treatment. This is an unbelievable full body and face reset for seasonal changes. You get a full body scrub (it’s so much better when someone else does it for you!), a full body massage, and a full facial. The products we use are the Natura Bissé C+C range, which leaves you smelling of sweet oranges, glowing, and ready to face whichever season you are stepping into.

How do you personalise treatments to suit individual skin concerns?

Personalisation begins with a detailed consultation at the start of every treatment. We discuss your main skin concerns, review your current skincare routine, and offer tailored advice to enhance your results (bin those face wipes, as they can cause dryness and accelerate ageing in your skin!).

In the Organic Facial and the Couture Facial, we also do a skin analysis to build your facial around your targets and what we, as experts, can see in your skin. This will also help your therapist identify any gaps in your skincare and will recommend personalised products for you to use at home and continue your spa treatment at home.
