Booking terms 

• The Glasshouse a la carte experience is based on two hours from the time of reservation.
• Notice of cancellation must be received at least 48 hours prior to the dining date to avoid a charge of £20 per person.
• Multiple bookings using the same name and/or contact information, which are deemed to be related, may be cancelled.
• We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cater for dietary requirements.
• Please note, a discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill.
• Tables are limited to a maximum of 6 guests only.

Afternoon Tea is now fully booked until January 2020 for non-residents. Hotel residents may still book.
