From finding our championship course to making use of our practice facilities, completing your 18 holes to enjoying a bite to eat from the Halfway House; our guide should help you plan everything for your upcoming game.
Due to current restrictions, please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to your tee time. If you are travelling by car, please note – the postcode WD17 3NL gives a more accurate position. Once at The Grove, follow the main drive up to the hotel and park as close to The Stables as possible, then follow signs for ‘Golf Bag Drop’.Directions

To reduce the risk of contracting Coronavirus between people from two households, The Grove have installed plastic screens on all our Buggies. The screens are to remain in position throughout the duration of your round and there should be only one designated driver
Please park your car in our designated golf parking area. As our locker room facilities are temporarily closed, we advise guests change their shoes in the car park. Please be reminded that The Grove is a soft-spike course.
After you’ve changed your shoes and reached the golf turning circle, either check in with our driving range attendant for your 15 minute warm up or with our starter for those wishing to head straight out.
Our golf shop will remain closed, however the counter will be manned with those essential items needed for your game.
We recommend arriving at The Grove approximately 40 minutes prior to your tee time to make use of your 30 minute warm up on our range or the practice putting green. On the range, practice with a pyramid of complimentary balls and our team will let you know when you can approach the 1st tee.
At the 1st tee, our starter will let you know the day’s pin positions along with one or two tips to maintain the pace of play and social distancing. First tee giveaways will not be available at this time, so we recommend downloading Hole19 for a digital scorecard and bringing the essentials – such as tees and divot tools – with you.
A player’s assistant will be on the course to help maintain pace of play and for maintenance of bunkers. As you come up to the 18th green, the team will be still be on hand to answer any questions. Please note our team will be on site until 8.30pm.Course overview
