What’s your personal “non-negotiable” wellbeing habit to start the year well?

To get outside daily, whether that’s for a run or a walk. I’m also going to focus on spending less time on my phone to improve my rest and overall sleep quality.

What’s one simple reset ritual you’d recommend to anyone feeling tired or overwhelmed?

Every Sunday I will incorporate an exfoliation or mask into my skin care routine, have a deep clean and re-organise and get ready for a new week. I find it really helpful to write down everything I want or need to do. I’m far more productive when I can visually see what I want to achieve. Introducing just one new thing at a time helps prevent overwhelm.

What’s your go-to tip for better sleep in January?

Put your phone down and turn the TV off at least an hour before bed. I love using a lavender pillow mist, and I try to do my skincare routine earlier in the evening so I don’t skip any steps once I’m tired.

What’s one body-care practice that makes the biggest difference in winter?

I love using a salt body scrub once a week, on dry skin for the best results. I also make sure to moisturise or use a body cream daily after showering. You have to think of it like brushing your teeth.

What’s a treatment you think is perfect for a January reset – and why?

The Signature Massage is a great option. The combination of deep massage and assisted stretching leaves you feeling refreshed, rebalanced and energised. Another great recommendation is the Lymphatic Body treatment, which supports full body detoxification and is perfect for resetting and recharging in January.

What’s your best tip for staying motivated with movement?

It’s tough to get going when it’s cold and dark, so on the days you really don’t feel like it, just do something small – even a short walk in the fresh air helps. You’ll feel great afterwards, and something is always better than nothing.

What’s one food or drink habit you pair with spa wellbeing for better results?

I drink electrolytes most days. They help me to feel really hydrated and focused. I really notice the difference when I haven’t had any for a few days. I don’t cut anything out or deprive myself of anything I love. I think healthy balance and moderation is better.

What does “healthy” mean to you in 2026?

Getting plenty of sleep, at least 8 hours so I can focus during the day – this is key to a healthy, balanced diet and lifestyle. Quality time with friends and reading more and learning new things too.
