AM ROUTINE: Rise, Radiance, and Rituals

5:30am sunrise walk

I’m naturally an early-riser and head out every morning at 05:30 for a 5-mile dog walk in Cotswolds countryside. Catching sunrise, steps and serotonin sets me up with the energy I want to bring to my day. 

Mother Made AM Mushroom Powder

I start my day steadier and sharper with a dose of Lion’s Mane for focus, Cordyceps for energy and Chaga for immunity. I throw a teaspoon into my morning coffee as I head out the door for my morning dog-walk and sunrise steps in nature.

Pilates practice

 I like to consider myself an early adopter of many wellness trends, Pilates included. I’ve been a Fully Certified Stott Pilates Instructor since 2014. Although I’m not teaching on a timetable currently, I prioritise my own practice and love teaching for events and pop-ups.
