This package is available as a £1800 per basket add-on for residents staying in the hotel. Tickets are pre-paid and are non-refundable. Depending on weather, the hot-air balloon launch site may also be on-site at The Grove. Due to wind direction, we cannot control where the balloon will land. If flight is cancelled due to weather we will do our best to accommodate you on another flight during your stay, or a flight within 6 months within the home counties. Guests will need to call a number on the day to check the flight information. A briefing document with flight details will also be sent on confirmation including details of what to wear and expect. Children must be at least 7 years old and 4ft 6ins or taller. Meet-up times are subject to change depending on weather and if The Grove is being used as the launch site.
