Are non-residents able to book for breakfast at the weekends?
Non-residents are welcome to dine with us for breakfast at The Stables restaurant. We would recommend that you make a reservation in advance. Our buffet breakfast at The Glasshouse is only available for hotel residents on Saturday and Sunday mornings, but can be booked by non-residents on week days.
Is there a dress code in The Grove’s restaurants?
We do not have a strict dress code, but recommend that our guests dress in smart casual wear.
When do your restaurant diaries open?
Guests who are not staying with us are able to book our restaurants up to two months in advance. We open our restaurant calendar on the first of each month. For example if you are booking a table for the month of May, you will be able to book from 1 March.
Hotel guests are able to make their dining reservation when they make their hotel reservation.
What time can I check in and when do I need to check out?
Our check in time is from 3pm and guests are required to check out by 11am.
Can I arrive early and use the leisure facilities?
Please note check in time for the hotel is 3pm and check out time is 12 noon. Use of the spa and walled garden facilities is permitted from 1pm on day of arrival. If you would like to use these facilities before 1pm there is a Resort Fee of £30 per person. This fee applies to all guests aged two years and above who are staying in our West Wing Superior, West Wing Deluxe and West Wing Family bedrooms. Payment can be made upon arrival at reception.

What are the room prices for children?
For guests booking an interconnecting superior west wing room, we offer a 30% discount on our standard bed and breakfast rate. For children sharing their parents room, there is a £50 supplementary charge for each child (4 – 12 years). For children aged 3 years and under, there is no supplementary charge.
What are the room configurations for families?
Our superior west wing bedrooms can accommodate two adults and a baby cot. Our deluxe west wing rooms can accommodate two adults and two children under the age of 12 years.
Our family rooms can accommodate two adults and three children. For the children there is one bunk bed and a sofa bed or cot.
Some of our mansion bedrooms can accommodate children.
What time is Check-in / Check-Out?
Our check in time is from 3pm and guests are required to check out by 12pm.
Which swimming pool can I use with my children?
There is a dedicated indoor childrens pool, with a shallow paddling pool located next to Anouska’s Kids Club open from 9am – 7pm, seven days a week.
The indoor pool at Sequoia spa is open to families from 9 – 11am and 3 – 5pm daily (children must be aged 12 years or over and accompanied by an adult to use this pool). There is also a heated outdoor swimming pool located in our Walled Garden, which is open from late spring and throughout the summer season..
