British Roasts

A celebration of comforting British classics carved straight from the joint, where slow-roasted meats and rotisserie favourites take centre stage.

Highlights include: dry-aged beef sirloin, slow-roasted lamb leg, turkey crown, rotisserie chicken, Yorkshire puddings, beef-fat potatoes and traditional trimmings.

Mediterranean Grill

A lively showcase where high-heat grilling brings out bold marinades and smoky edges in dishes inspired by Spain, the South of France, Greece and Turkey.

Highlights include: grilled piri-piri monkfish, black garlic hake, sardines pan con tomate, grilled lamb rump with chimichurri, chargrilled pork cutlet with nduja butter, and Turkish-style minute steak with ezme.

Sushi Bar

A celebration of Japanese precision and freshness. Chefs slice, season and roll sushi to order, with clean flavours and elegant presentation at the forefront.

Highlights include: sashimi (salmon, tuna, seabass), nigiri, Kyoto prawn tempura rolls, Zen Garden vegan rolls, and (weekends) premium sashimi such as yellowtail and eel.

Live Pasta Station

Simple ingredients, quality produce and authentic Italian technique come together to create hand-stretched pizzas and fresh pastas tossed to order.

Highlights include: Neapolitan margherita and diavola pizzas, mushroom & black-truffle tortelloni, ricotta ravioli, classic sauces and at weekends, fresh truffle shaved to order.

Tandoor Oven

The heat of the tandoor delivers deep flavour and authentic char, capturing the colour, aroma and vibrancy of North Indian cooking.

Highlights include: paneer tikka, gobi tikka, dal makhani, butter chicken, lamb rogan josh, fresh garlic chilli naan, and at weekends, tandoori prawns and murgh malai kebab.

Thai Kitchen

Bright, aromatic and full of energy, classic Thai flavours with a balance of sweet, sour, spice and citrus bring a taste of authentic street cooking.

Highlights include: Pad Thai Goong, Thai pineapple fried rice, roast duck red curry, prawn toast, spring rolls, and Thai beef and pomelo salads.

Fruits de Mer

A crisp, refreshing seafood display offering flavours of the coast, beautifully presented over ice.

Highlights include: oysters, crevettes, langoustine, mussels, gravadlax, prawn cocktail and at weekends, lobster.

The Garden Table

Salads, but elevated. Think fresh classics and mezze favourites piled high, using ingredients from Jemima’s Kitchen Garden.

Highlights include: heirloom tomato salad, red cabbage & beetroot salad, couscous with walnuts and pomegranate, marinated tomatoes with yoghurt, hummus variations and olives.

Plant-Based Favourites

Plant-led dishes appear throughout The Glasshouse, offering variety and depth without compromise, find your favourites at each station.

Highlights include: roast vegetable wellington, grilled squash, vegan salads, vegan gravies and dairy-free desserts.

Grazing Corner

A relaxed but elevated grazing area featuring artisan cheeses, charcuterie, and savoury accompaniments. Ideal for nibbling, pairing or exploring new flavours.

Highlights include: Westcombe Cheddar, Shropshire Blue, Wigmore, terrines, gala pies, pâtés, crudités, chutneys, olives and (weekends) live raclette.

The Sweet Spot

An indulgent finale full of colour and craftsmanship. From intricate patisserie to nostalgic treats, this station balances elegance with fun.

Highlights include: petit gâteaux, entremets, vegan tarts, festive favourites, verrines, fruit, hot puddings and the signature chocolate fountain.

The Glasshouse Bar

Step into the bright airy bar, where your aperitif comes with a garden view. The Glasshouse bar lives and breathes the ethos of ‘bringing the outside in’. With a verdant garden-to-glass experience, it’s in the view, the design, and it infuses many of our drinks with ingredients freshly picked from Jemima’s Kitchen Garden.
