The evening will begin with an arrival drink – either a Sour Cherry Negroni or a glass of Cremant – followed by a selection of canapés, including steak tartare on sourdough, Cornish crab lettuce cups, and summer vegetable tarts with whipped cashew ricotta.
Once sat at our beautiful woodland table, tuck into the Hawksmoor Classics including: barbecued pork ribs with vinegar slaw, Hawksmoor Caesar salad, scallops in garlic butter and white port, and ash-baked beets with pickled fennel and horseradish.
The Main Event will feature two centrepieces, Hereford rib of beef roasted over charcoal and grilled Brixham monkfish with parsley and garlic oil. Both served with peppercorn sauce and seasonal sides such as ash-baked potatoes, barbecued bone marrow, heritage tomato salad with Graceburn cheese, English lettuce in mustard dressing, and grilled purple sprouting broccoli.
The evening rounds off with a seasonal pavlova, followed by Tunworth cheese with blossom honey on toasted sourdough – the perfect sweet and savoury finale.
