The Menu

Experience the flavours of the Iberian Peninsula with authentic dishes cooked over wood-fired parrillas, chefs grilling alfresco, and the sounds of live acoustic guitar setting the perfect mood.

Starters include Coca Catalana – a typical Barcelona-style flatbread with black garlic aioli, Spanish Tortilla de Patatas with onions, potatoes and extra virgin olive oil and a chorizo-style sausage served with BBQ onion marmalade.

Mains include a Tomahawk of Hertfordshire beef, smoked for 24 hours and accompanied by piquillo peppers, Galician octopus with ember potatoes and smoked paprika, and traditional Paella Valenciana with Norfolk chicken, garrofó beans, and rosemary-infused veal stock.

To finish, indulge in a Basque chocolate cheesecake with cherry compote, a classic flan with caramelised sugar and fresh strawberries macerated in Pedro Ximénez, served with almond cakes.
