An impressive live food concept


Our buzzy food-hall style concept is inspired by international dining styles, especially in Asia. Led by our Executive Chef, Maarten Geschwindt, explore the fast-action food stations as busy chefs perform theatrics in food prep. Pick and choose whatever you want to eat, in any order. There are no rules here.

Menu and opening hours


Breakfast is served from 7 – 10.30am Monday – Sunday and is priced at £28 per person.

Dinner is served from 6 – 9pm daily and is priced at £49 per person on Monday – Thursday and £68 on Friday – Sunday.

For lunch, enjoy pool-side street food, courtesy of Jimmy Garcia, in the Walled Garden, indulge in a light bite from the Lounges or head to The Stables and feast on hearty, seasonal dishes including traditional roasts on Sunday.

Asian Station Sample Menu

An exotic bazaar of Asian goodness, in homage to the tastiest street food on the planet.

  • Tandoori chicken, salmon and monkfish. Naan bread, kachumber, raita, mint chutney, mango pickle, popadums.
  • On Monday to Thursday, sample tasty steamed dumplings and on Friday and Saturday, enjoy Asian soups.

Décor and vibe


Award-winning Martin Hulbert Design, who styled the original interiors for The Grove, has created a luminous new look for The Glasshouse. For starters, it now lives up to its name… extended to feature a vast triple-height glass conservatory framing beautiful garden views, it brings the outside in – true to The Grove’s style. The calm, tranquil space creates a sense of light, even on dark days.

Almost every element has been exclusively designed for The Glasshouse. There’s plenty to delight and surprise. Super-sized bronze and glass kinetic hanging sculptures are designed to echo your flow as you drift and hover around the live food stations and enjoy the riot of colours and aromas. Tables and floors are made from Italian terrazzo and smoked oak… even the décor sounds good enough to eat.
