Our globe-trotting Executive Chef, Stephen Wheeler, has cooked his way across the world, garnering exquisite recipes and techniques and bringing them home to The Grove. His travels, especially in Asia, inspired this buzzy food-hall style concept, giving you a unique, spectacular dining experience. Explore the fast-action food stations as busy chefs perform theatrics in food prep. Pick and choose whatever you want to eat, in any order. There are no rules here.

Décor and vibe


Award-winning Martin Hulbert Design, who styled the original interiors for The Grove, has created a luminous new look for The Glasshouse. For starters, it now lives up to its name… extended to feature a vast triple-height glass conservatory framing beautiful garden views, it brings the outside in – true to The Grove’s style. The calm, tranquil space creates a sense of light, even on dark days.

Almost every element has been exclusively designed for The Glasshouse. There’s plenty to delight and surprise. Super-sized bronze and glass kinetic hanging sculptures are designed to echo your flow as you drift and hover around the live food stations and enjoy the riot of colours and aromas. Tables and floors are made from Italian terrazzo and smoked oak… even the décor sounds good enough to eat.

Everyman presents Secret Garden at The Grove


This August we will be hosting our first-ever outdoor cinema in our Walled Garden. Brought exclusively to our guests by cinematic legend Everyman, expect family-friendly matinees, crowd-pleasing evening screenings and spine-tingling late night shows.
