Tom’s interest in health and fitness sprung from his degree in Sports Science and he has since gained his Paul Chek Qualification and UKSCA Strength and Conditioning Qualification.

Tom’s many experiences including working as an international visiting practitioner in luxury 5 star resorts to London based corporate training has affirmed his belief that fitness is an integral part of wellness – mind, body and soul. Through his personal training guidance, clients have successfully pushed boundaries and achieved life changing goals – from dramatic weight loss right through to top class physical performance.
