Changing Facilities
Changing facilities and showers will be available but operating with reduced capacities, so must be pre-booked if required. This means that we will be asking guests to get swim or gym ready in their rooms so changing areas can be quickly used for storing valuables in lockers or to get dressed after using the facilities.
Pool
The indoor pool area will be laid out with a number of loungers for relaxation with the required social distancing measures in place. The Jacuzzi will be open with reduced capacity limits in place, and our steam rooms, sauna and vitality pool are now available but need to be booked in advance.
Children ages +12 yrs can swim in the Sequoia pool between 14.30-16.30pm – please be sure to book in advance.

Anouska’s Kid’s pool is open between 10.00-18.00 with time slots available on the hour from 10am with the last time slot at 5pm.
Gym & Studio
In order to maximise space and allow as many users to safely exercise as possible, we have spaced out and relocated some of the gym equipment to the studio.

Classes
Under Tier Three restrictions, we will not be able to run any group exercise classes.
We will be introducing a new timetable of classes which will incorporate a mix of indoor classes based in the studio or Cedar suite along with a selection of new outdoor classes around the estate.

Treatments
- From Monday 17 August, treatments will be available for non hotel residents on Monday – Friday’s however use of the spa facilities will not be available, it will be a treatment only booking.
- Prior to your visit you will be asked to complete an electronic consultation form which will need to be returned 24 hrs before your treatment. If any medical concerns are highlighted, a member of the Sequoia Therapy team will contact you to discuss.
- We ask that you arrive no more than 10 mins before your treatment commences. Your therapist will collect you from the waiting area and escort you to your sanitised treatment room. You will be asked to sanitise your hands prior to the treatment.
- During the treatment your therapist will be wearing personal protection equipment; this will consist of a disposable apron mask and visor.
- Between each treatment, the treatment rooms are stripped of all linen used and thoroughly sanitised.
- At the end of your treatment you will be able to rest in our relaxation room for up to 30 minutes.

Walled Garden
The Walled Garden will be open for hotel residents from 20 July – September 2020, subject to weather conditions. The ideal spot for an outdoor swim, our heated pool is open for residents from 10.00am – 6.00pm. Bookings for the pool can be made in the Walled Garden on the day at the gazebo, with a 45 minute time slot. Our pool capacity is 8 family clusters at 3pax.
