Once at The Grove, continue up the main drive up to the hotel and follow signs for ‘Sequoia Parking’. Then, follow signs for ‘Sequoia Spa’ and walk down the steps, where you’ll then be greeted by the spa reception team.
If you’re joining us for a spa day or spa experience, rest assured, we’ll provide you with towels, robes and slippers – just don’t forget your swimsuit!

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment. A late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time. If you’re enjoying a treatment as part of your spa day or as a hotel resident, we’ll provide you with a complimentary towel, robe and flip flops for your time with us.
Please note, treatment-only bookings do not include access to our spa facilities, changing rooms or shower areas.
Sequoia is a space of relaxation and tranquillity. We kindly ask that you respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity and do not use your mobile phones or cameras whilst using the facilities. Sequoia spa is a smoke-free zone.
Our spa is a peaceful sanctuary, so no one under 16 years is allowed to use the facilities unless they are a hotel resident or a child of a spa member. In this case, children over 12 years old may use the indoor pool between 3pm and 5pm. Children must use the relevant gender changing room and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Sequoia Kitchen is open daily from 7am – 6pm with food served from 11am – 4pm.
