Facilities


In a beautiful, discreet environment, you’ll discover ultra contemporary fitness facilities, a 22-metre black mosaic lined swimming pool, vitality pool, saunas, steam room and a vast range of unique, luxurious treatments.

Fitness Studio

Filled with natural daylight, our airy fitness studio will help boost your endorphins for the ultimate workout. The gym is fully equipped with the latest Technogym Visioweb equipment and our highly qualified trainers will be on hand to guide you through your routines.

The Fitness Suite will undergo a comprehensive refurbishment in August 2018. During that time a temporary gym will be set up in the Fitness Studio next door with a selection of cardiovascular machines, free weights and an area for stretching. Fitness classes will continue, but will take place within the main hotel.

Exercise Studio

Weather you want to perfect your yoga poses, blast those calories on an indoor cycle or tone those muscles in Body Pump , Whatever gets you pumping, we’ve got the right class for you.

Swimming Pool

Tire yourself out with a few laps of our striking black 22m indoor swimming pool or hop in the jacuzzi for a luxury soak. The spa pool is open to children aged 12 and over from 9 – 11am and 3 – 5pm daily, when they are accompanied by an adult. For younger children, our indoor pool beside Anouska’s Kids Club is open 9am – 7pm, seven days a week.

Juice Bar

Ever heard of the 20% exercise, 80% nutrition rule? You can’t beat a healthy smoothie post-exercise to help you revitalise. As well as offering fresh juices, we also have a delicious Bento box menu. You can check out the menus here.

Outdoors

If you’re feeling adventurous, you can run, cycle and walk though our 300 acres of park and woodland (Maps available from Sequoia and Main Receptions). During the summer, you can try out beach volleyball and tennis in the Walled Garden, or take a dip in the heated outdoor pool.

Jenna is a nutritionist registered with the Association For Nutrition. She has a Masters (MSc) degree in Nutrition and a first class Honours degree (BSc) in Nutrition and Exercise. Jenna is dedicated to the idea that there is no one size fits all and everyone’s approach to nutrition is different. With this in mind, she works closely with clients to implement nutritional strategies which fit into their lifestyle and their goals.

Physiotherapy

The first step to feeling better comes from moving better. With the help of our Qualified Physiotherapist we will have your joints moving easier, reduced pain and a plan to move forward to improve your posture and performance. For those of you who are keen runners why not take advantage of our Running Analysis service.

Rhys Carter

Rhys has a diverse background in the physiotherapy field, but specialises in chronic back and neck pain and sports injuries. His caseload varies between sports injuries, spinal pain, complex chronic pain and degenerative tendon and joint conditions.
