New Sequoia Membership Loyalty
From 1 July, you’ll receive a new Sequoia membership card which will double up as your loyalty card. Each time you sign in, just tap your card onto an intelligent reader on arrival to the spa and it will calculate how many times you visit.
We will run this new electronic loyalty mechanic alongside our existing card based loyalty format for the month of July. Loyalty benefits will continue to be measured using the existing paper format in July. We will provide a further update in next month’s newsletter.
New Book of Benefits
We have taken time to revise the book of benefits to reflect recent changes to The Grove. Our new books are based on the duration of your membership and the categorisation has been inspired by the beautiful nature that surrounds the spa.
The revised categories are as follows:

|Silk||2 – 4 years|
|Cedar||5 – 9 years|
