Sequoia Spa App

We are delighted to unveil our new and enhanced Sequoia Spa at The Grove app, designed to keep you organised and on top of your fitness goals. You can book classes, personal training sessions, health assessments straight from your phone and sync up your fitness device to stay on track throughout the day.

Please note: From 20th September, classes will need to be booked via the ‘Sequoia Spa at The Grove’ app.

More than just an ordinary app


Designed to keep you organised and on top of your fitness goals, bookings and workout plans wherever you are. All neatly arranged, you will be able to book studio classes, personal training sessions, workshops and health assessments, as well as arranging a refresh of your Physical Activity Record Questionnaire (PARQ) through the enhanced fitness programme with a member of the Sequoia team. The  app is also compatible with popular fitness watches such as Apple, Fitbit and Garmin, making your workout much easier to track.

Allowing you to develop your health and fitness goals and keep up with the latest member news at a touch of a button.

How to download?

Follow these quick and simple steps to download the app:

  • Head to the app store and download the Sequoia Spa at The Grove (app logo will be same as the above): GOOGLE PLAY | APP STORE
  • You should have received an email from noreply@mywellness.com to reset your password. If you have not, please check your spam/junk folders
  • Pre-existing ‘My Wellness’ app users will need to uninstall the old app from their devices and use the new Sequoia Spa at The Grove. However, you can still use your ‘My Wellness’ login credentials on the new app
  • To keep up to date with the latest members news, remember to hit the notification bell

  3. A continual exercise plan, tailored to your fitness goals
  4. Ability to sync up with popular fitness watches (Apple, Fitbit, Garmin etc.) and sync your workout to later view on the app
  5. Simple training equipment instructions when using the gym to encourage the correct movements
  6. Exclusive member updates (hit the notification button to stay in the loop!)

Please note: A member of the team will contact each individual spa member to arrange a booking to go through and update the physical activity record questionnaire.

Booking has never been easier. Follow these steps to book and manage your classes:

  1. Open the app and scroll down to the ‘Class timetable’
  2. A calendar will appear, scroll across the top and select your chosen date
  3. Once you have selected a date, you will see a list of classes appear
  4. Scroll down and select the class you wish to book
