Each of the courses will be accompanied by a glass of Prosecco or Champagne and our diners will be guided through the experience, by Amanda Thomson - Founder of Skinny Prosecco. Amanda, who is committed to providing complete transparency about the ingredients used in her drinks range, will share her story and inspiration for creating this popular brand.
