scooped the top spot in the Craft Guild of Chefs, National Chef of the Year competition 2014....

**We are excited to be hosting the British Masters golf event this October but due to the scale of this broadcasted event, our restaurants throughout this period will have different access and opening times compared to any normal operating week.
Anyone attending the golf will be able to enjoy ‘gourmet pub’ style food at The Stable’s restaurant from 6.30-9.30pm each evening. There will also be a variety of quality food stalls offering a range of tasty cuisines during the event in the tented village.
Our Glasshouse restaurant will be opening and taking reservations in the evening for residents of the hotel only from 7pm, and the Stables will be offering our residents breakfast and lunch throughout the week of 10th to 16th October on a first come first served basis. Collette’s will be closed throughout the week.
Normal opening hours will resume 17th October.
