From Metafit to Mindfulness, take advantage of this chance to try our new fitness classes.
Sessions will be held on Saturday 21 September at the following times:
Designed by a former marine, this high-intensity 30 minute workout will keep your body burning calories even after your session has finished.
Focusing on the back and inner unit for a path to postural health.
A high intensity, Zumba-style workout.
Pilates Inspired Interval Training. Work to your own ability, low or high intensity, you’ll still be working up a sweat.
Learn to use a foam roller and tennis ball to work away those aches and tight spots all over your body.
Helping to calm the mind and relax the central nervous system, great for those always on the go.
A dance based exercise with bite-sized choreography to uplifting music.
Flowing yoga with moves strung together seamlessly, using your breath.
