Spa Member’s January Fitness Challenge

Our first fitness challenge of the year is one for those looking to reduce their body fat through exercise and nutrition! After a weigh in at the beginning of January, the winner of the challenge will be the spa member who has lost the most body fat at the second weigh in at the beginning of February.

If you’d like to take part, book your first weigh in with our gym team on either 3, 4 or 5 January and then again on either 3, 4 or 5 February between 6am and 9pm.

To help you achieve your goals, our gym team will be on hand to create a personalised, complimentary gym programme as well as share nutritional advice, hints and tips. Furthermore, why not take advantage of our January Personal Training offer, where a one hour session is just £30.

The winner will be announced on 6 February.
