Christmas Wreath and Truffle Making Workshop

With the festive period approaching join us for our Christmas wreath and truffle making workshop.
Join The Grove’s Head Gardener, Natasha Geldenhuys, and learn how to make your own magnificent Christmas wreath – just what your front door ordered. She’ll also share a few other tricks to give your home a little extra festive cheer.
Following Natasha’s green-fingered workshop our Executive Pastry Chef, Ryan Thompson, will share two of his favourite Christmas truffle recipes. Ryan will show you how to make silky salted caramels and boozy chocolate truffles – the perfect sweet treats for impressing friends and family this Christmas (you might even get to sample a few too).
Afterwards, tuck into a festive feast at our fabulous restaurant, The Glasshouse, with a complimentary glass of Prosecco.
Taking place in Colette’s within the historic Mansion on Monday 9 December and Tuesday 10 December, our workshops will run from 9.30am to 2.30pm and include:
- Festive treats, tea and coffee
- Step by step wreath-making class
- Christmas truffle-making class
- Lunch at The Glasshouse with a glass of Prosecco
- Presentation box and wrapping for your wreath and truffles
