Burns Night at The Glasshouse
25 January, 2022 / Food & Drink
After a mellow January following the festivities of Christmas, Burns Night on 25 January is the perfect opportunity to go out and enjoy a night of Scottish hospitality. This annual feast celebrates the birthday of Scotland’s national bard, Robert Burns, together with the finest things in life… food, friendship and whisky!
Burns Night at The Glasshouse will feature the finest Scottish cuisine complete with presentation of the haggis and a Scottish piper, a special whisky cocktail menu as well as music in The Glasshouse Bar. A complimentary dram of whisky goes to anyone sporting tartan!
After you enjoy traditional Tattie scones on arrival at your table, culinary highlights at our food stations include 35 day Salt room aged Angus Rib of beef, matured for 12 hours and served pink served with an infused whiskey jus and Traditional Scottish Haggis, served with buttered leeks, Neeps and Tatties. Our vegetarian options include our Chef’s Orkney Clapshot Pie, whilst over at the Seafood station, sample Scottish langoustines and oysters. Desserts include our raspberry and whiskey cranachan, Dundee cake and much more.
We’ve also teamed up with Highland Park Whisky to create an exclusive Burns Night cocktail menu for the night, making the perfect after dinner tipple.View Specials View Cocktails
