Our lively seasonal cocktail menu takes its inspiration and ingredients from the Walled Garden and lush grounds around The Grove. Every day, our gardeners and bartenders forage for fruit, vegetables and herbs to form the essence of exquisite creative cocktails.
The Garden to Glass concept was created by award-winning bar designers, Holy Water. With their international experience, they dug deep into the heritage of The Grove and unearthed this unique, natural, deeper way to ‘bring the outside in’.
We serve every cocktail with a dash of history… our Walled Garden dates back to 1878, when the kitchen garden was as much an exotic status symbol as it was a source of fresh food.

Originally from Ireland, Julian’s career has been dedicated to serving guests in a number of five star hotels, including Gleneagles in Scotland where he ran the bar during the Ryder Cup. At The Glasshouse bar, he will lead a team of 14 bartenders and waiters.
“We have a very exciting drinks menu at The Glasshouse bar. As well as creative cocktails, almost all our wines are organic and come from family-run vineyards. We’re also proud to offer our very own beers at The Grove, made with hops grown in our Kitchen Garden and brewed locally.”
