Indulge in winter warmers such as maple glazed pumpkin, seasonal game dishes and sharing steaks with skin on parmesan and truffle fries. Or, feel like you’ve escaped to the alps with Jimmy’s popular, mouth-watering fondue.

Widely known as the UK’s ‘pop up star’, chef and caterer Jimmy Garcia‘s aim is to entertain people with food, which he achieves with his unique approach to cooking and creative dining concepts. From dinner on the Emirates Cable Car to interactive BBQs in the summer, he has created some of London’s most talked about pop up restaurants and concepts. Arguably most notable is Jimmy’s Lodge on Southbank, complete with snow globes and a hot cocktail bar overlooking the river.

This winter, you can experience Jimmy’s Lodge away from the city in the comfort of The Stables restaurant, overlooking beautiful Hertfordshire countryside.

Opening Hours and Menu


Jimmy’s Lodge at The Grove will be running from Saturday 17 October – Sunday 17 January, serving lunch, dinner and bar snacks daily in The Stables restaurant.

The pop-up is open to hotel residents all week and non-residents Sunday – Thursday.

  • Lunch – 12.30 – 2.00pm
  • Dinner – 5.00 – 8.00pm
  • Bar Food – 12.30 – 5.30pm
