  • Cancellation must be received at least 48 hours prior to the dining date to avoid late cancellation charge of £25 per person.

Culinary Team


Our award-winning fine dining restaurant is run by 2015 National Chef of the Year, Russell Bateman. Influenced by his grandparents and their love for home-baked bread and fresh ingredients, he developed a passion for cooking at a young age. With 22 years’ experience as a chef, Russell has worked in numerous high-end restaurants, including the prestigious Harrods in central London. Now stationed at the helm of Colette’s busy kitchen, he puts a creative spin on traditional dishes, ensuring our guests enjoy the very best in fine dining.
