New Year’s Eve with Cinder

Joined by a saxophonist and singer, kick start the New Year with dinner and dancing till late at our winter pop-up, Cinder at The Grove. Indulge in a mouth-watering five course feast where each dish is cooked over fire. As the clock strikes 12, watch from the Walled Garden as our impressive fireworks display lights up the sky above the Mansion.

*Please note, the last sitting for dinner only is 5.45pm and all tables are respectfully required back by 8pm.

New Year's Eve Menu

Starting with a glass of Champagne, tuck into no less than 5 courses of delicious dishes cooked over the josper grill.

First Course

  • Glass of Champagne
  • Maldon rock oysters, smoked bonito vinegar, caviar

Second Course

  • Grilled bread, burnt tomato salsa, confit garlic tahini
  • Burnt leeks, truffle, pecorino, hazelnuts
  • Cured sea trout, pickled smoked mushroom, pink peppercorns, guacamole

Third Course

  • Grilled lobster, chilli and garlic butter, cucumber and fresh herb salad

Fourth Course

  • Paddock farm 30 day aged rib eye on the bone, grilled red onions, red wine sauce
  • Potato rosti
  • Green beans, shallot vinaigrette

Fifth Course

  • Chocolate bread and butter pudding
