Cinder’s New Year’s Eve Menu
Starting with a glass of Champagne, tuck into no less than 5 courses of delicious dishes cooked over the josper grill.
First Course
- Glass of Champagne
- Maldon rock oysters, smoked bonito vinegar, caviar
Second Course
- Grilled bread, burnt tomato salsa, confit garlic tahini
- Burnt leeks, truffle, pecorino, hazelnuts

Madhu's New Years Eve
Promising an elevated South Asian a la carte menu, the creative team will be serving a mouth-watering array of perfectly balanced dishes including zesty chilli and garlic prawns, slow cooked lamb leg, spiced dal and refreshing Alphonso mango sorbet.

The Glasshouse New Year's Day Brunch Menu
Our New Year’s Day buffet brunch at The Glasshouse is priced at £78 for adults and £39 for children, however if you decide to skip breakfast at The Stables or your room, your package will include £28 per person towards the brunch.
As well as bottomless prosecco, Bloody Marys and soft drinks during your two hour brunch sitting, menu highlights include:
- Breakfast taco Crispy Dingley dell bacon, fried egg, Hass avocado, sweetcorn salsa and tomato
- Croque Madame Cave aged Gruyere cheese, winter truffle and a fried egg (plant based option available)
- Ricotta pancakes Drizzled with maple syrup, whipped cream and blueberries (gluten free and plant based options available)
- Native Lobster roll Crisp lettuce, vodka Marie Rose sauce, served in a brioche bun
- Wagyu short rib hash Fried duck egg, spring onions, bone marrow, shallot and parsley salad
- Kedgeree Smoked haddock, curried rice, soft boiled egg and fried onions
- Tom yum soup With king prawns, red mullet and lemongrass
