Sequoia day spa packages offer the ideal opportunity to escape from the stress and strains of daily life and to enjoy some personal and deserved pampering. All our full day programmes include a selection of specially combined complementary, luxury treatments, beginning with a welcoming foot ritual and personal consultation, and include a two course lunch in our serene Garden Room and use of all the following facilites: 

  • Running and cycling trails through 300-acres of The Grove's parkland and woodland with complimentary bikes and trail maps available
  • Walled Garden with its outdoor pool, beach and croquet lawn (summer only, weather permitting)
  • Indoor swimming pool (22m x 10m) black mosaic tiled with ozone treated filteration system
  • Poolside crystal steam room and jacuzzi
  • Vitality pool with therapeutic saline water and hydrotherapy jets
  • Fitness studio with natural light, equipped with Technogym equipment and free weights
  • Exercise Studio with natural light and a complimentary range of classes from meditative yoga and Pilates to circuit and aerobic sessions
  • 'Lifestyle showers' of cool menthol mist or scented tropical rain to refresh the mind and cool the body
  • Spacious and luxuriously appointed changing rooms with sauna and ESPA amenities
  • Separate ladies' and gentlemen's luxurious relaxation rooms with fully adjustable electronic loungers, personal music systems, mineral water and fresh fruit juices.

To claim your complimentary manicure your spa day must be pre-booked on 01923 294224 quoting SUMM08. You may choose from any of our Sequoia Spa Days listed in our Spa Days and Teatments brochure. Offer is valid for new reservations only made for Day Spa from Monday - Thursday (inclusive) until 30th September 2008. Only one manicure per day spa booking, subject to availability. Complimentary manicure is a 45 minute Custom Manicure and does not include french polish. Cannot be combined with any other offer. No cash value.
