The Grove luxury hotel spa - what you need to know
If you’re staying at The Grove or you’re a Sequoia member, you
can come along anytime for as long or short as you want. For
Day Spa guests we have a minimum booking policy of either a full
Day Spa programme or a Time Ritual (2 hours or more). This also
gives you full use of all our facilities and a two-course lunch
within in our Garden Room, overlooking the Zen Garden. Day Spa is
available Monday-Friday only.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card is required to guarantee your spa bookings.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
Treatments: Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 100%
charge.
Day spa packages: Cancellation within 72 hours will incur a 50%
charge. Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 100%
charge.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices shown
include VAT at the current rate.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
We regret that we can’t be responsible for any loss or damage of
your personal possessions. When you visit, please remember to keep
all valuables locked in your locker.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
As Sequoia Spa is a peaceful sanctuary, no one under 16 years is
allowed to use the spa unless you’re a hotel resident or member, in
which case your children 12 years old and over only, may use
the indoor pool between 9am – 11am and 3pm – 5pm. They must use the
relevant gender changing room and must be accompanied by an adult
at all times.
SPA ETIQUETTE
Our Spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. We
kindly ask you to respect all spa guests’ right to peace and quiet.
Mobile phones must be switched off at all times and smoking is not
permitted. If you’re unhappy with any aspect of your spa
experience, please tell us straight away so we can try to rectify
it for you.
ESPA AT HOME

To continue your skin and bodycare programme at home, all ESPA
products used during the course of your treatments are available
for purchase at reception.
