Our professional team is here to help you make the most of your body and enjoy a healthy balanced lifestyle. So who can help you with what?

For general advice and help from a Fitness Consultant ask for Kerry our qualified Fitness Consultant and Personal Trainer, or Mark and Christopher who can focus on bodybuilding and power lifting. Paul also specialises in advising on fat burning and toning up. Our Studio Co-ordinator is Sophie, who loves helping people work for great results. James is our overall Fitness Manager and will be able to answer all your questions on how to keep fit and healthy at The Grove.

With so many Personal Trainers, you’ll never be short of someone to give you advice and guidance.

Personal Training sessions are priced at £50 per hour.

Top tips from the team!                     

Tip 1:  Progression.
Always try to change one part of your training regime in every workout – a rep, set, weight, distance, rest time, speed and so on. It keeps your body guessing and improves your fitness levels.

Tip 2:  Portion Control.
Don’t overeat… your portion sizes could be the difference between you gaining or losing weight. Eat small, regular meals, enough to satisfy but not to feel full or bloated.

Tip 3:  Balance exercise and eating.
Being serious about both is vital for your health. There’s no magic pill for quick results… just consistency and dedication in your lifestyle.
