Fitness classes studio timetable
What’s on and when? There’s a huge range of
classes, open to hotel guests and Sequoia members only, and all
complimentary. Choose between: spinning, yoga, body pump, aqua,
indoor and outdoor bike rides, legs bums and tums, latin jive,
pilates, peddle and pump, and dance.
