SPA RESERVATIONS We recommend that all treatments are booked in advance to avoid disappointment. Due to the unique nature of your spa experience we wish to advise you that for day spa guests there is a minimum booking policy of either a full day spa programme or a Time Ritual (2 hours or more) which allows the use of the spa facilities plus a two course lunch within the spa. Access to Sequoia is complimentary for hotel residents and members. Please note reservations cannot be confirmed or secured without a credit card. SPA ARRIVAL We advise that you arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your treatment time to allow you to change into your robe and slippers, enjoy the facilities and for us to confirm your requirements. Please be aware that late arrivals may mean your treatment time is reduced or unable to be honoured.
HEALTH CONDITIONS Please be advised that some treatments and experiences may be contraindicated; this will be discussed during your consultation. If you are taking medication, are post-operative, pregnant or have a medical condition, it is advisable that you consult your doctor before embarking on any treatment or programme. Certain medical conditions may preclude you from having some of the treatments or using some of the heat facilities.
WHAT TO BRING For your comfort we will provide you with a robe, towels and slippers to use throughout your visit. In the mixed areas and all other wet areas we ask that you wear a swimming costume at all times. For body treatments we will supply disposable underwear. For other treatments you may keep your own underwear on or dry swimwear if you prefer. Extra towels are available for your use in the changing rooms and poolside, and a wide range of amenities are provided in the changing rooms.
CANCELLATION POLICY A credit card is required to guarantee all spa bookings. Cancellation charges are applied as follows: Treatments: Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge. Day spa packages: Cancellation within 72 hours will incur a 50% charge. Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices shown include VAT. LOSS OR DAMAGE We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables locked in your locker during your visit.
AGE REQUIREMENTS No persons under 16 years will be allowed to use the spa with the exception between 09h00 - 11h00 and 15h00 - 17h00 when children of hotel residents and members may use the indoor pool. Children must be over 8 years old, use the relevant gender changing room and be accompanied by an adult at all times.
SPA ETIQUETTE Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests right to privacy and serenity. Mobile phones must be switched off at all times and smoking is not permitted within Sequoia. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your spa experience please tell us straight away so we may try and rectify it for you.
HOMECARE To continue your spa regime at home all ESPA products used within your treatments are available to purchase at Spa reception.
