This award is made following the judging of over 1,000 wine lists throughout Great Britain, so at Collette’s you can be assured of wine of only the highest quality. Hosted in Colette's, our fine dining restaurant, each evening will take you through a gastronomic sensory journey. You will hear the stories behind the growing taste for wines and how they are made, see outstanding gastronomic delights in a spectacular setting, and learn to taste how different wines can compliment different dishes.
Spaces are limited to just 40 people per evening and prices are from just £85 per person including wine, water and aperitif.
