2010 has seen a season of Wine Dinners at Colette's, showcasing the finest champagnes from Roederer and burgundies from the Pomerol region. Our final dinner concentrates on the wines of Piedmont, taking you on a gastronomic sensory adventure. Piedmont is very possibly the greatest region in the world for gastronomy.  The wines are sublime and the food is almost better, particularly in the cold months of late Autumn, when the white truffles come into season.  Tonight is a celebration of this most noble fungi, enjoyed alongside a collection of superb wines from the region, including a top Barolo.
