series of mouth-watering Master Classes in our magnificent Walled

Cupcake Heaven
Cupcake Master Class, hosted by the lady-chefs from London’s
Primrose Bakery* (the famous favourite of Kate Moss and other
famous lips!) or Master Pâtissier Eric Lanlard (from London’s
Cake Boy Cookery School and Channel 4's Glamour Puds*). Find out more...
Barbecue Skills
Discover entirely new flavours and fresh ways of cooking on a
barbecue…think whole sides of salmon, treacle and tea-smoked;
bursting smokey aubergines … perhaps finished off with pineapple

Master Classes are open to non-residents too...
Places are available at £70 per Master Class per
person. Please book quickly as there are limited spaces
for non-residents.

14 August and 21 August Cupcake Master Class SOLD
OUT
Pre-payment is required in full and is non-refundable. Excludes all
drinks and minibar charges; only one lunch or dinner allowed in The
Stables - basic package excludes Colette's (surcharge of £30 per
person must be paid to go fine dining).
Summer Cook Out runs every weekend until 22nd
August except 19 & 20 June, 3 & 4 and 17
& 18 July.
* Primrose Bakery will host Cupcake Master
Classes on selected weekends only: 7th and 14th August. One
extra class will be run independently from the Summer Cook Out
programme on 21st August, chargeable at £70 per person.
** Eric Lanlard will host Cupcake Master
Classes on 26th June, 10th 24th and 31st July
